Guaranteed client satisfaction and transit protection guidelines
1. Transit Damage Remediation
In the rare event that a piece sustains damage during crate transit, Maison Areeba provides immediate free restoration by our master artisans or an unconditional full replacement/refund upon receiving photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery.
2. Ready-to-Ship Inventory (7-Day Return Window)
Non-customized items from our ready catalog may be returned within 7 calendar days of receipt in their original wooden crating and unused condition. Return freight and restocking fees may apply.
3. Custom Bespoke Commissions
Bespoke pieces custom-crafted to unique client dimensions, bespoke wood stains, or personalized Tarkashi monograms are non-refundable once construction is approved, except in cases of transit structural damage.
4. Processing Time
Approved refunds are credited back to the original method of payment (via Razorpay) within 5 to 7 business days.
