Refunds & returns
What happens if something is not right.
1. Damage in transit
If a piece is damaged in transit, send us photographs within 48 hours of delivery. We will repair it free of charge, or replace or refund it.
2. Ready-made pieces
Pieces that were not made to a custom size or finish can be returned within 7 days of delivery in their original packing and unused condition. Return freight may apply.
3. Made-to-order pieces
Pieces made to your own size, wood or finish cannot be returned once we have started making them, except for damage in transit.
4. How refunds are paid
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
