1. Custom Wooden Crating Protocol
Solid timber furniture requires uncompromising packaging. Every Maison Areeba creation is wrapped in micro-foam cushioning, corners are shielded with high-density edge protectors, and the entire assembly is enclosed in a bespoke, screw-sealed wooden crate built in our Delhi atelier.
2. Delivery Timelines & Tracking
- Delhi NCR: 2 to 4 business days post-crating with atelier assembly.
- Metro Cities (Mumbai, Bengaluru, Chennai, Kolkata, Hyderabad): 5 to 8 business days.
- Rest of India: 7 to 12 business days via specialized heavy logistics carriers.
3. Transit Insurance & Delivery Inspection
All dispatches carry 100% comprehensive transit insurance. We urge patrons to inspect the external condition of the crate upon arrival. If any external impact is visible, please take photographs and notify our team at +91 7982168542 immediately.
